Philosophy / Backmann's No Time for Powers

I know this was on the old forum, but does anyone have remember some of the responses given to Backmann's argument against the compatibility of powers theory and eternalism?  I think Koons e-mailed some answers to someone but I can't remember anything from that discussion.
